Alta
Marea shore is a spectacular new beach home just completed in June 2004.
The beach house is a Cape Cod style 2 story, multi deck splendor with
panoramic ocean views from nearly every room, and is located less than
a block from miles of coastline.
Our seaside getaway has 3 bedrooms,
a great room, a media room, and 2 full baths plus 2 additional ½
baths. The great room upstairs opens to a deck and showcases vaulted ceilings,
huge windows, fireplace, TV/DVD/stereo, charming window seat and dining
table. The master suite with a king bed and large corner window seat,
extends off the dining area with a private door to the deck. The two downstairs
bedrooms have queen size beds and private access to a wraparound deck.
The
Media room (tv/vcr/dvd) has 2 pullout sofa beds and opens to the lower
deck with hot tub and barbecue.
The kitchen is open with granite
countertops and center-island, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances
and walk-in pantry. Your stay is also greeted with a complimentary 1/2
pound of Coast Roast coffee beans. Visit Coast Roast at The Marketplace
at Salishan, 2 miles north of Alta Marea Shore.
